Filling out the form is free. We use the information you provide to assess if we can supply your required candidate. All information is kept confidential.
You will have a 30 days replacement guarantee from when you start your hire. The conditions are:
- They left within the first 30 days of their employment
- They are not a good fit (you will know if they are in 1 or 2 weeks of working for you)
- You let us know about it before the end of 30 days
Our current fee is $800 (USD) for first-time clients. $700 (USD) for repeat clients. There are no ongoing fees.
Yes. Please note that if your test requires the candidates to work for more than an hour, we recommend paying for their time.
Candidates will undergo an interview process and a series of testing (basic web skills and grammar) to help us determine whether they are the right person for the job. We also take inputs from you to guide our filtering criteria.
Your second and subsequent hires are at a loyalty rate.
Your deposit is non-refundable as we have already used our resources to find candidates. We reserve the right to offer a refund or a credit on your final payment, depending on the circumstances.
We recruit based on word-of-mouth referrals. Our candidates are generally not found on job boards. We have a better candidate for employer-matching protocol.
We don’t do calls—our preferred mode of communication with clients is through email/help desk.
