How this is different
When VisionFind recruits your contractor, you pay them directly, and they receive all the money you send. VisionFind never handles their pay.
Different from a freelance platform: the platform takes a cut of every hour, and the person is usually working for several clients at once. Your contractor works for you, and only you, at the rate you agree.
Different from an outsourcing agency: the agency keeps a margin every month, and the person they send is usually junior, because a margin needs a cheaper person underneath it. Your contractor is paid in full, so you can afford the experienced one.
Everyone wins with direct. The VA is paid what they are worth. You keep someone who is likely to stay. VisionFind is paid one recruitment fee, half to start the search and half when interviews are arranged, and nothing after that.
How VisionFind works
- Tell us the role. Two minutes.
- We search, screen and work-test the applicants. For one role that can be a hundred applications or more.
- You interview two finalists in two to three weeks and hire the one you want. Your VA is paid by you, at their full rate.
Pricing
Don't pay $5,000 for a placement. Some agencies charge that, and more, for the same search. VisionFind charges $900 for a standard placement and $1,400 for a specialised one, half to start and half when interviews are arranged, and nothing after that. After you have agreed to hire a contractor, your VA is paid the whole amount you send from then on.
