Here’s how the service works:
We will find you a general virtual assistant or customer support person from the Philippines. To do this, we need to get some information to start with. There is no cost to fill out this form.
Once we have read your answers, we will let you know if we can or cannot help you. If we can help you, we will be in touch to arrange interviews with suitable applicants. We will also send you payment details at this stage.
How much it costs:
Our current service fee is $800 (USD). It costs nothing to fill out an application. If we approve your application, you will be asked to pay the deposit of $400 (USD) starting fee for us to find you a suitable candidate.
Upon payment, we will screen candidates. We then refer you to one candidate who has successfully passed our testing. If we need to find more, we will continue to source candidates until we find the right person.
Please note that the deposit is not refundable.
Upon YOU appointing a successful candidate, we will invoice you the $400 (USD) balance. Some employers like to start candidates on a trial basis. Usually, a trial is between 1 week to 1 month.
You are still required to pay the balance before the trial starts. If your employee leaves within the first 30 days, and if you tell us, we will replace them for free.
We currently offer a loyalty rate of $700 (USD) per hire for repeat orders (deposit $350, balance $350). We reserve the right to make changes without notice.
Unlike almost all recruitment companies, we do not charge ongoing fees and do not manage or make a markup on your candidate’s wage.
How long it takes:
All applicants will be matched according to fit. We put all candidates through a series of tests and an interview process.
The timing of this is dependent on us finding the right person. We will take inputs from your questions below to guide our filtering criteria. Please be patient because we believe finding the right person is more important than just finding someone fast. A typical time frame will be two to three weeks.
Who this service is for:
This service is for business owners looking for General Virtual Assistants or Customer Support staff ONLY. Predominantly non-phone based roles.
We do not provide candidates who already have specialized skills such as WordPress website development, social media management, website design, Adwords management, telesales, or Facebook advertising.
Candidates will be ready to receive training from you or your company resources. The more training you can provide, the more success you will have. You will end up having a more loyal, lower-cost employee.
Our service is ideal for English language countries.
We supply Philippine-based candidates who can speak and write in English. The Philippines has a USA cultural influence, so American English is the default spelling and accent. Candidates can usually adapt to written British English if you are based in the UK or Australia.
Candidates can work in different time zones. PH, USA, UK, and AUS hours are common.
If you plan to test candidates:
We request that you advise us if you plan to conduct your tests and trials. It is courteous to pay for the candidate’s time if you require them to complete time-consuming trials.
