Our Process
We will find you a virtual assistant or specialized team member from the Philippines. To do this, we need to get some information to start with. There is no cost to fill out this form.
Once we have read your answers, we will let you know if we can or cannot help you. If we can help you, we will be in touch to arrange interviews with suitable applicants. We will also send you payment details at this stage.
Service Fees
We offer two service levels depending on your role requirements:
Standard Service – USD $900
For: General Virtual Assistants & Customer Support roles
- Timeline: 2-3 weeks
- Deposit: $450 to start
- Balance: $450 upon hiring
Standard roles include email management, calendar scheduling, customer support (chat/email), data entry, appointment setting, research, and administrative tasks.
Specialized Service – USD $1,400
For: Digital Marketing, Web Development, or Social Media Management roles
- Timeline: 3-5 weeks
- Deposit: $700 to start
- Balance: $700 upon hiring
The extended timeline reflects the smaller candidate pool and additional screening required for specialized technical or marketing roles.
How It Works
It costs nothing to fill out an application. If we approve your application, you will be asked to pay the appropriate deposit, which serves as the starting fee for us to find you a suitable candidate.
Upon payment, we will screen candidates. We then refer you to 2-3 carefully vetted candidates who have successfully passed our testing. This focused approach prevents decision fatigue while ensuring you meet highly qualified options. If none of the candidates are the right fit after interviews, we will continue to source additional candidates until we find the right person.
Please note that the deposit is not refundable.
Upon your appointment of a successful candidate, we will invoice you the remaining balance. Some clients like to start contractors on a trial basis. Usually, a trial is between 1 week and 1 month.
You are still required to pay the balance before the trial starts. If your contractor leaves within the first 30 days and you notify us, we will replace them for free.
Unlike most recruitment companies, we do not charge ongoing fees and do not manage or make a markup on your contractor’s wage. Our focus is on finding the right fit for your business, ensuring you get the best value for your investment.
Screening Timeline
All applicants will be matched according to fit. We put all candidates through a series of tests and an interview process.
The timing of this is dependent on us finding the right person. We will take input from your questions below to guide our filtering criteria. Please be patient because we believe finding the right person is more important than just finding someone fast.
Timeline by Service Type:
- Standard roles (General VA, Customer Support): 2-3 weeks
- Specialized roles (Digital Marketing, Web Dev, Social Media): 3-5 weeks
The extended timeline for specialized roles ensures we find candidates with the specific technical skills and relevant experience your role requires.

Standard Service – Core Offerings
This service is best designed for business owners looking for General Virtual Assistants or Customer Support staff. These roles are predominantly non-phone-based and focus on administrative, organizational, and customer service tasks.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Email and calendar management

- Order processing
- Appointment setting
- Research and basic admin tasks
Specialized Service – Extended Offerings
We also support specialized roles including Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Social Media Management. These roles require extended sourcing timelines (3-5 weeks) due to the specialized skill verification needed.
What we look for in specialized candidates:
- Relevant technical or marketing experience
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating skills
- Strong English communication (important for client-facing roles)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to your processes
What We Do Not Offer
We do not provide candidates for:
- PPC/Ads Specialists (Google Ads, Facebook Ads experts)
- Advanced SEO Specialists
- Specialized software engineering or senior technical roles
Training & Expectations
Candidates will be ready to receive training from you or your company resources. The more training you provide, the greater your success will be. You will end up having a more loyal, lower-cost employee.
For specialized roles, while candidates bring relevant experience, they will still need training on your specific processes, tools, and business context.
Language & Time Zones
Our service is ideal for English-speaking countries.
We supply Philippine-based candidates who can speak and write in English. The Philippines has a USA cultural influence, so American English is the default spelling and accent. Candidates can adapt to written British English if you are based in the UK or Australia, making them suitable for English-speaking countries.
Candidates can work in different time zones. PH, USA, UK, and AUS hours are common.
Additional Candidate Testing
Please advise us if you plan to conduct your own tests and trials. It is courteous to pay for the candidate’s time if you require them to complete time-consuming trials.
